Senior Network Programs

Now located at the Redeemer Fellowship Center, 1896 Rogers Rd, Grawn. Enjoy regular, weekly programs, special presentations and parties, free health screenings, legal clinics and much, much more throughout the year. 

Mondays

  • Mindful Movement. 9 am. $5.00
  • Fit and Strong. 10 am. $2.00

Tuesdays

  • Line Dancing. 10:30 am. Tips Appreciated
  • American Style Mah Jongg. 12:30 pm. .50 cents
  • Euchre. 2:30 pm. $1

Thursday

  • Mindful Movements. 8:30 am.  $5.00
  • Fit and Strong. 10 am. $2.00
  • Chair Massage. 11 am. $1 per minute
  • Lunch. 12pm.
  • Club Day. 1 pm. FREE
  • Hobby Group. 1pm. FREE
